The Kaua’i North Shore shuttle allows certified service dogs (only).  A service dog is allowed under any condition in ADA guidelines.  Emotional support animals are not allowed.

Kaua‘i North Shore Shuttle provides American with Disabilities Act (ADA), mobility and special needs service from Princeville to Hanalei.

ADA shuttle arrangements (i.e. wheelchair lift) require advance notice.  Reply to your shuttle confirmation email to advise us of any special needs/arrangements.  There are some size/weight limitations to what we can accommodate, so please contact us right away, and well in advance of your planned trip date.
